Facility Team Members



Our parish buildings and grounds are where worship, prayer and healing, outreach to the community, and fellowship among parishioners take place.  They are also physical signs of our Catholic faith and proclaim our presence to the wider community.

The Facilities Team is responsible for caring for our parish buildings and grounds and working to improve our facilities in support of parish needs, both physical and spiritual.

This includes support for the parish teams and ministries implementing the Diocese’s three-fold pastoral mission of (1) Facilitating an Amazing Sunday experience, (2) Moving from maintenance to mission by forming missionary disciples, and (3) Putting Faith in action by carrying out works of charity, mercy, and justice; and those working to achieve our parish goal of growing to 3,000 registered families.

We will be good stewards of the time, talent, and treasure of past, present, and future parishioners, making the most of the facilities we already have, and prudently planning for our future needs.

The Facilities Team is led by Bill Utic from the Parish’s Pastoral Leadership Team and includes Deacon Benjamin Lai, Parish Finance Council chair Cris Raimundo, Parish Business Manager Gina Mehta, building construction executive Tony Mirenda, and other parishioners volunteering their construction, engineering, project management, and building maintenance expertise.
