The Facilities Team is responsible for caring for our parish buildings and grounds and working to improve our facilities in support of parish needs, both physical and spiritual.
We strive to be good stewards of the time, talent, and treasure of past, present, and future parishioners, making the most of the facilities we already have, and prudently planning for our future needs. This includes:
Advising the Pastoral Leadership Team on the parish master plan
Creating a detailed, multi-year master maintenance plan and budget for our buildings and grounds
Identifying architectural, engineering, maintenance, and construction resources
Assisting with cost estimating and contracting
As requested by Father Anthony, overseeing maintenance and improvement projects
The Facilities Team is led by Bill Utic from the Parish’s Pastoral Leadership Team and includes Parish Business Manager Gina Mehta, building construction executive Tony Mirenda, school principal Patti Calton, Mission curator Gary Dorighi, and other parishioners generously volunteering their advice and expertise including Tinny Chai, Mike Gaffey, Deacon Benjamin Lai, and Debbie Rossetto.
The Parish Facilities Team Needs You!
The Parish Facilities Team is looking for parishioners interested in joining the Facilities Team and parishioners who may be able to help from time to time on a specific need or project.
We are looking for general contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and parishioners experienced in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other building trades.
The Facilities Team meets one evening a month. If you are interested in joining or helping the Facilities Team, or to add your name to our resources list, please contact the parish office.
