The Sacrament of Confirmation is necessary for the completion of baptismal grace.  

For “by the Sacrament of Confirmation, [the baptized] are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit.  Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed.” CCC 1285

St. Joseph Youth Ministry prepares students grades 8 – 12 to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Classes run September through May on Sundays.  Year 1 students meet 10:00am – 1:00pm.  Year 2 students meet 11:30am – 3:00pm.  All students are expected to attend weekly 12pm Sunday Mass and monthly Teen Spirit Night.
