Parish Communication

• Content policies: Parish communication is available only for the ministries at Saint Joseph. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if accepted by our pastor, Father Thi. Any content submitted will be reviewed and may be rewritten (or possibly rejected). Please keep content focused on our local ministries, and nothing political or controversial please. Although we want to keep the parish informed, our parish priest has the ultimate say on what is acceptable content.
• Web Content: Please submit content to commteam@saintjosephmsj.org. All content policies apply. For news, events or small flyers, original assets in JPG, PNG, Word or Text format are preferred. A PDF is only preferred if a multi-page document is submitted. Please be careful to NOT submit copyrighted photos so we can avoid fines. For questions, please contact the webmaster domnicrajan@yahoo.com (or as a backup seaware@yahoo.com).
• Advertising: Please consider advertising your business in our printed bulletin. Our bulletin publisher handles all the ads for St. Joseph, Fremont.  Please contact LPI  directly at 800-950-9952 for details. Our website policy does not allow us to post advertisements or links to businesses on the website. We appreciate your interest.
• Bulletin:  For announcements for the Sunday Bulletin, please submit at least 10 days prior to the requested Sunday bulletin date. All content policies apply. Requests need to be emailed to commteam@saintjosephmsj.org.  It’s important to email to that group address as all of the communication team will receive the announcement no matter who is out of the office. Original assets in JPG, PNG, Word or Text format would be preferred instead of a PDF. The communication team may adjust content depending on available space. For example large flyers could be uploaded to our website but trimmed for the printed bulletin.
• Other communication channels: By sharing information with the communication team at commteam@saintjosephmsj.org, it may be also shared on Flocknote email blasts, Facebook, and other communication platforms if appropriate and at the communication team’s discretion.
