Saint Joseph Catholic Church
Our St. Joseph family is living the mission with Christ through the works of faith, charity and mercy.
This week's liturgy
Lent
On the 4th Sunday of Lent we recall that the journey from darkness to light, from blindness to sight, is found in all the readings. Samuel learns that even prophets need to have their eyesight checked. The church community in Ephesus is told by St. Paul that though they were once in darkness, now they are light in the world. And a man born blind comes to sight twice: The first time, when Jesus cures his blindness. But more importantly, the second time when he accepts Jesus as the Son of God.
The temptations that Jesus faces are those that many of us struggle with every day: materialism, ego, and power. Click here for resources to help us on our Lenten Journey.
Please join us at Mass as we celebrate this holy season and find ways we can be inspired by Jesus's love.
