Walk for Life West Coast
The Walk for Life West Coast was founded in 2005 “to change the perceptions of a society that thinks abortion is an answer.” The walk takes place in San Francisco every year on or near January 22, the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion. This event is a joyful celebration of life and a proclamation of support for women. The 2022 Walk for Life will take place on January 22nd.

Covid Protocol for Charter Bus
Thank you for signing up for the Walk for Life charter bus! The 18th annual Walk for Life West Coast is taking place while the COVID-19 virus is still prevalent, so we are required by the diocese to follow diocesan COVID-19 protocol. Those of you who volunteer at the parish and/or the school are already familiar with these requirements:
1) Participants must either be vaccinated or have had a negative test within 72 hours of the event.
2) Participants are required to respond to the illness self-assessment questions on the day of the event and certify lack of symptoms with a signature on a roster.
3) Masks are required for everyone.
As stated above coronavirus is still quite prevalent in the community so participants in this event should be aware that they will likely be exposed to the virus at some point during the day despite our best efforts.
