This Lenten season, we are reminded of the parable of the fig tree that bore no fruit. (Lk 13:1-9) …Then a gardner replied, “Sir, leave it for this year also, and I shall cultivate the ground around it and fertilize it;
it may bear fruit in the future..”

This Lenten season we are reminded that God is patient like the gardener. Let’s use his example to nurture our souls to follow in Jesus’s footsteps.
