These three reflections are independent but related. Participants are free to attend any or all sessions. Notes will be provided.

Lectio Divina: Praying with the Sunday Readings. Lectio Divina”, a Latin term, means “divine reading” and describes a way of reading the Scriptures whereby we gradually let go of our own agenda and open ourselves to what God wants to say to us.  Lectio Divina or Praying with the Word of God uses the upcoming Sunday Scriptures.  Participants are provided the readings sent by email before each session. The session includes prayer, two/three reflective readings of the Sunday Gospel with a reflective pause between each reading. It is Spirit led and allows for a deepening of God’s Word that leads to living out its meaning in our lives.
