Beginning with First Friday Mass on November 7, 2025 , First Friday Mass will always be celebrated in the Main Church and will conclude with formal Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The devotion will continue with 24-hour Adoration in the Main Church, ending with formal Benediction immediately prior to the Saturday morning Mass.

When First Friday and First Saturday fall consecutively, both liturgies will be held in the Main Church. The Mission will remain closed until the Mission Museum opens.

Exceptions: When First Saturday occurs the weekend prior to First Friday (as in November 2025 and August 2026), those two First Saturday Masses will remain in the Mission.  All other First Saturday morning Masses through 2026 will be held in the Main Church.
