The children and adolescents of St. Joseph School shared their compassion with the unhoused in Fremont by providing a generous collection of essential items for the Homeless Outreach Ministry (HOM) this weekend. Each class, and every student, prepared care bags that included a hat, gloves, socks, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a handwritten note for the recipient. The bags were thoughtfully and sweetly decorated.

In addition, seventh-grade students collected and donated new and gently used warm clothing during the colder months of December and January. Together, these acts of compassion have made a meaningful difference for our unhoused neighbors. We are truly a fortunate parish. Thank you.
