at the 22nd Annual Walk for Life West Coast!

To join us on the Bus, please reserve your seat Join your fellow parishioners in a peaceful, prayerful, celebration of life in San Francisco.

This year your seat will cost $25.

The bus will arrive in front of the main church at 10am and depart at 10:30am. Coffee and a light breakfast will be served in the parish hall from 8:30 to 9:45am, after the 8am mass in the Mission. Water and snacks will be available on the bus.

Itinerary for St Joseph Parish – Walk for Life West Coast – San Francisco 1/24/2026

• 10:00AM Bus arrives St. Joseph Catholic Church 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont CA 
• 10:30AM Bus leaves for the Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco   
• 11:30AM Drop off at Civic Center San Francisco the starting point of the walk
• 3:00PM – 4:00PM Pick up in San Francisco near Market and Embarcadero at the endpoint of the walk. The buses will be provided directions on where to park in San Francisco and the participants will walk to that location.
• 4:00PM – 5:00PM Return to St. Joseph Catholic Church 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont CA

Walk for Life West Coast         

The Walk for Life West Coast was founded in 2005 “to change the perceptions of a society that thinks abortion is an answer.” The walk takes place in San Francisco every year on or near January 22, the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion. This event is a joyful celebration of life and a proclamation of support for women. The 2026 Walk for Life will take place on January 24^th.
