Dear Brother Priests, Deacons, Seminarians, Chancery/Parish Staff, and all lay faithful of the Diocese of Oakland,
On July 28, the Diocese of Honolulu will celebrate the Episcopal Ordination and Installation of Bishop-elect Michael T. Castori, S.J..

Though he is moving across the Pacific Ocean to shepherd his new flock under his motto, “E hiki mai kou aupuni” (Thy Kingdom come), we want Bishop-elect Castori to know that his ohana in the East Bay remains united with him in faith and friendship. Many of us remember him during his ministry in the Diocese of Oakland and with joy we are gathering a Diocesan Spiritual Bouquet to be presented to Bishop Castori in less than one month.

We invite you to contribute your prayerful offerings to this Diocesan Spiritual Bouquet. Please submit the number of Masses, Rosaries, Adoration hours, and other devotionals and personal acts of sacrifice you wish to pledge for his intentions and his new ministry.
