Thank you to everyone that helped make the 225th Anniversary weekend possible! We are blessed to have a rich and active community that helped with the many events and festivities. We were especially blessed to have Bishop Michael Barber join us for a very special Mass to celebrate the founding of the Mission.
From Don Kaefer:
As Festival Chairman, I want to personally thank everyone for their participation and hard work to make the Mission 225 Festival a major success. Special thanks to John Donahue (Permits), Aimee Hubacek (Financial Chair), Skip Phair (Food Chair), Ron Brazil and Tom Leen (Facility Co-chairs), Mike Gaffey (Wine/Soda/Water), Dave Rossetto (General Everywhere), Food Chairs: Lisa Dang (Vietnamese), Yang Xiao (Chinese), Jose Isla (Mexican), Laurence Das (Indian), Ratna Sie (Indonesian), Krista Phair (WOSJ Sweet Shoppe), Greta Lazaro (Filipino) and the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus (Portuguese). Thanks also to Tom Laus’ Boy Scout Troop who greeted guests at the entrance, and of course, it would not have been as successful without all the many volunteers who signed up to help before, during and after the event. We hope those who attended from the parish and community had a wonderful experience celebrating our Mission’s 225th Anniversary Festival. I had a great time and I hope you did too. Don Kaefer
There are many photos from the weekend services. We thank Calvin & Savier for sharing these:
