May 2012 ~ Flores de Mayo - The TFCSJ will host the "Flores de Mayo", the Marian flower festival celebrated in honor of our Blessed Virgin Mary in the month of May. We will offer flowers every 12:30 Sunday mass beginning May 1 and invite everyone to offer their prayer intentions to Our Lady. We are looking for children aged 5 - 12 to participate as angels to offer flowers to the Blessed Virgin Mary during these Masses.

This is the culmination of our Marian celebration in the month of May. It is a beautiful festivity to commemorate Queen Helena's finding of the Holy Cross of Jesus. There will be a procession of biblical and historic personalities (queens, angels, etc) to celebrate this event. We are inviting children, young ladies & gentlemen of at least 6 years of age to 21 years old to participate as "sagalas" and angels for this event. Please join us in this beautiful Marian celebration. We ask that you encourage your children, grandchildren and friends to participate in this beautiful festival.
